How LIPStreams.com Works
LIPStreams.com is an online rental service, which provides access to its library of motion picture, television and other filmed entertainment to its members.
 
Billing: By using the LIPStreams.com service, you agree that we are permitted to bill you a fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the LIPStreams.com service. In order to protect our member’s privacy your credit card statement will show billing by LIP. (owner of LIPStreams.com). As used in these Terms of Service, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method, including a checking account, where applicable. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes either posted on our site or by e-mail.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership to LIPStreams.com at anytime by either e-mailing us at: cancel@LIPStreams.com and indicate that you want to cancel your membership or visting the update subscription link provided at the members login column on the left side and uncheck the box.. If for some reason your credit card is charges the following month after cancellation, please contact at the above cancellation e-mail address. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED MOVIES. IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR CANCELATION OF MEMBERSHIP. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any or no reason.
Privacy
Any information submitted on LIPStreams.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information. The date of any changes to our Privacy Policy will be noted at the bottom of our Privacy Policy.
Managing Your Password and Your Account:
You can access your LIPStreams.com membership from any Internet connected computer. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
