How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel at anytime. There are no cancellation fees or penalties, just e-mail us at: cancel@LIPStreams.com Before we can process your cancellation request you must first return all of LIPStreams.com DVD rentals in your possession. Your cancellation request will appear on your next credit card statement.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we only accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. After your initial membership setup, your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis automatically so you do not have to register each month.

How come I can't find the title I want in your inventory, and how do I get it added?
A:
LIPStreams.com is always searching for additions to our collection, updating our inventory frequently. If there is a film title you'd like to see in our collection tell us about it! We encourage customer input in our film selection process, so that we can create the best LGBT DVD library for our customers.

Is my credit card information safe and protected?
A:
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 3.0) software, which encrypts information you input. Once your credit card information has been approved, we do not store your credit card information on our server.

What is the IGVFC Network and Producers Collaborative?

The Independent Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Video Filmmakers Consortium (IGVFC) Network and Producers Collaborative is a network of filmmakers. Which an important portion of your membership fee will be going to the IGVFC Network and Producers Collaborative to create original programs starting with compilations of new documentary short films in 2007. As our membership grows we'll present original full-length documentaries and compilations of short narrative films. Your membership directly helps them to produce more films for the LGBT community. Communal support which the other online DVD rental companies do not do.
